I want people to be more brave in their career and life choices---not just play the traditional corporate games. Take risks in order to have the life and create the impact you really want.
As an Executive Coach and Advisor, I take a holistic approach that takes into account your core values, passions, aspirations, and gifts. As a long time business strategist and Chief Marketing Officer, I am able to help because I've been in your shoes. I often say 'I know a thing or two because I've seen a thing or two.' No sense you fall in the same ditches I have.
I don't approach my client relationships with a cookie cutter approach or standard frameworks. We spend time on what you need most. I charge by the hour to be as flexible as possible. We can chat monthly to weekly, all the while having quick phone calls, texts, and email exchanges in between. I work with my clients in an empathetic way on both on their long term plans and their day-to-day challenges.
